Werelooking foraCRM Data Executivewho will playa key role in ensuring the accuracy integrity and strategic value of our customer data within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Working within a data-driven environment the role supports multiple business functions including sales marketingfinanceand Client Engagement bymaintaininghigh-quality data and enabling effective data usage.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements implement best practices in data governance and continuously improve data processes.
Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of this role is to manage cleanse enrich andmaintainour CRM database of over 120000 customers ensuring itremainsaccurate compliant and fit for business use. The CRM Data Executive will support business growth by enabling high-quality reporting targeted marketing campaigns and insightful analytics through well-structured and reliable data.
The role also contributes to improving data standardsidentifyingopportunities for automation and enhancing overall CRM performance to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Whatyoulldo
- Manage end-to-end approval and contact quality validationof recordsfor clients registering via the website and those manually uploaded by the business.
- Troubleshoot record andsyncanomalies between Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMand customer record GUIDs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to missing customer data failed data syncs and stuck shopping carts.
- Process andmaintainmarketing suppression requests by updating records for unsubscribed contacts.
- Share regular CRM insights performance reports and data-driven recommendations with business teams.
- Build high-performing marketing lists and customer segments within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive targeted engagement and revenue-generating campaigns.
- Support CRM governance by enforcing data standards policies and best practicesensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal hygiene standards.
- Execute scheduled CRM cleansingdeduplication and updates for both client and company records
What werelooking for
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMand Microsoft Customer Insights specifically in with creating Advanced Finds.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoft Tools such asOutlook anduse ofMicrosoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs pivot tables data validation).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues system sync errors and inconsistencies across platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills to investigate data discrepancies sync errors and missing customer information.
- High attention to detail for contact validation suppression list management and data hygiene tasks.
- Good understanding of customer data privacy and marketing compliance requirements(CRM governance GDPRand scheduled data cleansing processes).
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI Power Query andDotdigital(desirable but not essential)
- Self-starter comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing sales and operations teams
