Who were looking for
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale Softrs influencer and creator partnerships program. You will build relationships with the AI Automation productivity and SaaS creator communities turning authentic voices into a powerful growth channel. This is a high-impact high-autonomy role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Tasks
Your responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute Softrs influencer marketing strategy across YouTube LinkedIn TikTok X and newsletters.
- Identify vet and onboard nano- micro- and macro-influencers in the no-code SaaS and productivity niches.
- Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing and content review to publishing and performance tracking.
- Build and manage a creator database and pipeline using Softrs own tools and CRM.
Partner Relations & Community
- Cultivate long-term authentic relationships with creators and brand advocates.
- Negotiate deals manage contracts and handle payments and deliverables.
- Develop ambassador and affiliate programs to scale word-of-mouth growth.
- Represent Softr at creator events virtual summits and community gatherings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define KPIs for influencer campaigns (reach engagement signups MRR attributed).
- Track performance data and produce bi-weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
- Run A/B tests on formats CTAs and platforms to optimize ROI.
- Work with the Growth team to connect influencer attribution to pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- 3 years of experience in influencer marketing creator partnerships or community-led growth at a B2B SaaS or AI automation/no-code/low-code company.
- Proven track record of launching campaigns that drove measurable product signups or revenue.
- Deep familiarity with the AI Automation no-code productivity and SaaS creator ecosystem.
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts with content creators and agencies.
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable working with attribution models and marketing dashboards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you can work with a YouTuber and a CFO on the same day.
- Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a remote async-first environment.
- Experience using tools like Airtable Notion HubSpot or Softr itself is a big plus.
