We are looking for an experienced proactive and highly organized Technical Product Manager / Product Owner in part-time to act as the bridge between business stakeholders designers QA and our development team

Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time (Remote)

Location: Remote (Candidates located within or close to the Central European Time Zone (CET) are strongly preferred to ensure efficient collaboration with our team and stakeholders.)
Commitment: Approximately 7080 hours per month initially with the opportunity for a long-term collaboration and increased involvement as Louco grows.

Product & Requirements Management

• Create refine and maintain Jira tickets user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Support backlog grooming sprint planning and prioritization activities.
• Ensure that product requirements are fully understood by the development team.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary coordination point between founders developers designers and external partners.
• Track progress identify blockers and proactively follow up on open tasks.
• Ensure transparency regarding project status risks dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Prepare and participate in sprint reviews demos and planning sessions.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Coordinate testing activities across releases and feature deployments.
• Support feature validation and acceptance testing.
• Ensure implemented features meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Track bugs and issues until resolution and verify fixes before release.

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend backend and mobile development teams.
• Assist in clarifying technical requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Support release planning and deployment readiness.
• Ensure smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Product Manager Product Owner or Technical Project Manager in software development environments.
• Hands-on experience managing the development of mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Jira Scrum Kanban backlog management sprint planning and release management.
• Experience working with REST APIs third-party integrations and platform ecosystems.
• Experience coordinating QA testing and feature validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with event platforms ticketing platforms marketplaces SaaS products or consumer-facing applications.
• Experience working with remote software development teams.
• Technical understanding sufficient to challenge requirements and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Startup experience.
