Tasks

What youll be doing

• Leading projects from initial concept through to production-ready apps.
• Choosing and evaluating the best tech stack and tools for each project.
• Building front-end and back-end solutions primarily with TypeScript (React Node Tailwind).
• Integrating AI solutions using tools like LangChain OpenAI Google Vertex AI and Azure AI.
• Setting up analytics and event-tracking (e.g. Mixpanel PostHog).
• Validating technologies through practical real-world testing.
• Collaborating closely with designers researchers and users to build truly useful products.
• Communicating directly with clientsasking insightful questions and clarifying goals.

Requirements

What youll bring

• 35 years of experience in full-stack development (React Node TypeScript).
• Experience taking the technical lead on at least one major project.
• An entrepreneurial mindsetyou enjoy turning ideas into working products.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
• Big Bonus: previous experience or side projects involving AI.
