What youll be doing

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to fleet operations quality standards and structural improvements.
• Drive implementation of strategic fleet initiatives ensuring alignment across Operations Finance Legal HR and Compliance.
• Strengthen and further develop Fleet Quality & Excellence frameworks and processes.
• Support regulatory and legal alignment by translating requirements into practical operational safeguards.
• Contribute to topics related to commercial and employment law by ensuring operational readiness and structured documentation.
• Support GDPR-related implementation and awareness in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify operational or compliance gaps.
• Improve governance structures documentation standards and audit preparedness.
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex high-impact fleet topics.
• Responsible for overseeing the Excellence of Processes.

Your work will directly influence operational stability risk mitigation and the long-term quality of our fleet ecosystem.

Our humble expectations

• 4 years of experience in operations project management governance or similar strategic roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of commercial and employment law principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with GDPR requirements in Germany and the EU is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required. German strongly preferred.
