Your New Role...
TheAdSalesPartnerships Specialist GSE(Germany Switzerland Austria Luxembourg) at HBO Max is responsible fordriving advertising revenue and market development forGSE. Reporting to theDirectorof Ad-Supported Services EMEA this role manages the day-to-day relationship with the external salesrepresentative/agency in the country ensures alignment with internal teams and contributes to the execution of the regional ad sales strategy.
This roledirectlycontributestocountry-level performance market representation and cross-functional coordination.
Your Role accountabilities...
AdSales& Agency Management
- Manage the relationship with the local salesrepand sales agency to ensure delivery of revenue targets and market growth.
- Support agency sales efforts with internal resources including marketing materials product insightsforecastand performance analytics.
- Ensureaccurateandtimelyreporting of sales performance pacing and KPIs.
Market Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to the development and execution of the country-specific advertising strategy in alignment with regional goals.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to help them prioritise and develop ad products.
-Identifygrowth opportunities and challenges in the local market proposing actionable solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance on budget tracking forecasting and performance analysis.
- Liaise with theProductteam to ensurepartnertemplates toolkits are aligned for GSEneeds.
- Collaborate with internal Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to develop localized sales materials and agency presentations.
Market Representation
-Participatein industry events agency meetings and external communications to promote the brand and its advertising capabilities.
-Support B2B social media initiatives to promotethe digitalad-supported services HBO Max.
Qualifications and Experience...
- Minumum 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales media partnerships or related fields.
- Proventrack recordof managing external sales partners and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital ad products programmatic advertising and media KPIs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- ExcellentPowerpointskills.
- Fluent inGermanand English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience invideo streaming entertainment media or digital publishing.
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
