Working Student (mfd) – Sales & Marketing Operations
Job Summary
About the role
For the Global Sales operations team we are looking for a self-motivated driven energetic individual to help drive all aspects of the sales process. This involves: managing the sales data creating sales reports sales forecasting inventory analyses customer description and managing sales automation tools. As a working student you will have the opportunity to assist streamline processes in reporting forecasting and various Sales & Marketing projects with the Sales Operations team. You will work collaboratively and interface with individuals globally.
What you will do
Sales Data Management:
Assist in the collection consolidation and analysis of sales data from various sources
Maintain and update sales databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance trends and forecasts
Analyze sales metrics to identify patterns anomalies and areas for improvement
Support the preparation of sales presentations and dashboards for management reviews
Process Improvement:
Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the sales operations
Document and standardize sales processes and workflows
Support Sales Team:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
Coordinate and facilitate communication between sales marketing and other relevant departments
What you will need
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program preferably in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire or Power BI) is a plus
Basic understanding of sales processes and operations
