Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Finance Controlling Business Partner (d/f/m) to join our highly engaged and diverse team Products & Services Controlling in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

The Satair Finance Team is a truly global team with colleagues in the US Germany Denmark and Singapore coming from different backgrounds cultures and nationalities!

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

As a Finance Controlling Business Partner (d/f/m) you will

• Drive profitability for Satair products and service lines by taking full ownership of revenue cost and inventory forecasting.

• Act as a strategic Business Partner providing financial expertise and challenging assumptions to guide key decision-making processes.

• Steer competitiveness within multi-functional teams by collaborating with Sales Product Management and Planning to influence business commitments.

• Orchestrate forecast planning and budgeting for your assigned product lines in close coordination with Operations and the Executive Leadership Team.

• Deliver actionable insights through synthesized performance analyses and financial scenarios that ensure high data quality and consistency.

• Optimize commercial performance by creating KPI dashboards and challenging product line health including turn rates slow movers and impairments.

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a degree in Finance (or a related discipline) and professional experience in a comparable role you contribute the following to our team:

• Solid Finance Expertise: You bring a strong financial background and the ability to report complex data effectively to diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical Mindset: You combine sharp analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture and derive strategic meaning from numbers.
