Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with fluent German (C1/C2) to grow our presence in the DACH market. This role is based in Kraków Poland in a hybrid setup. Relocation support is available for EU-based candidates.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German-speaking market (Germany Austria Switzerland)
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet revenue targets
- Track pipeline activity and report on KPIs using CRM tools
Requirements
- German C1 or C2 level written and spoken required
- English proficiency working level
- Proven experience in business development B2B sales or account management
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable working in a multicultural fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in the DACH market
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
- Additional European language
