Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with fluent German (C1/C2) to grow our presence in the DACH market. This role is based in Kraków Poland in a hybrid setup. Relocation support is available for EU-based candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German-speaking market (Germany Austria Switzerland)
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet revenue targets
  • Track pipeline activity and report on KPIs using CRM tools

Requirements

  • German C1 or C2 level written and spoken required
  • English proficiency working level
  • Proven experience in business development B2B sales or account management
  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the DACH market
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
  • Additional European language
