Director Business Systems and Data Management (mfd)

• Lead and develop cross-functional teams including Data Engineering and Product Owners fostering growth and delivery excellence.
• Drive the design implementation and roadmap for our CRM (Dynamics) Data Warehouse and Master Data Management systems.
• Mentor Product Owners as they develop and execute strategic roadmaps for business systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.
• Define and manage OKRs for business systems teams ensuring transparency alignment and progress.
• Promote best practices in data governance privacy and security throughout the company.
• Oversee high-performance data infrastructureincluding ETL processes data models and big data platforms.
• Coordinate internal projects to optimize workflows enhance data quality and maximize business value.
• Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies and drive the evaluation of innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for technical and operational issues.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in data engineering business systems management or a similar field including significant leadership responsibility
• Track record of developing implementing and optimizing CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) Data Warehouse and Master Data Management systems.
• Proven success managing and mentoring Product Owners or technical project leads.
• Deep expertise with modern data engineering frameworks cloud platforms and data governance.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and driving transformation.
• High personal integrity and professionalism with an entrepreneurial spirit.
