Strategic Business Development Manager

What Youll Do

As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Adobe you will play a pivotal role in improving customer experiences and driving business growth. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work in Munich partnering with diverse teams to successfully implement Adobes world-class offerings. You will be instrumental in qualifying discovery insights customizing demos and engaging customers to expand our footprint.

Demonstrating Adobes proven relationships with enterprise customers you will:

• Qualify discovery insights collected by CSM validate session agenda and confirm attendee profiles
• Ensure accurate context and details on customers ecosystems workflows and technologies
• Select relevant use cases customize demos and deliver impactful sessions
• Qualify readiness for formal POCs or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate specific value against pre-agreed critical metrics
• Leverage successful implementations to expand to other departments
• Encourage customer testimonials based on successful use case implementations

To be effective you need the capacity to:

• Probe and challenge customers to find opportunities for creative efficiency
• Assess customer maturity and deliver relevant session modules
• Set up sample brand assets to showcase benefits
• Identify ways to scale impact

Generate actionable insights to inform Product and GTM teams about efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

• Practical experience with Adobes applications for enterprise brands
• Skill in facilitating discovery calls and determining improvement opportunities
• A mix of customer success business development product evangelism marketing and consulting skills
• Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Experience in effective GenAI prompting and knowledge of Adobes competing solutions
• Practice with Adobe CC apps such as Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro/After Effects
• Experience delivering API projects and communicating with IT and Developers
• Strong ability to open doors secure meetings and develop positive relationships

Your success will depend on close collaboration with Customer Success PSS Product and global Strategic Development teams!
