Your new role 

 

Help us accelerate Rambolls transformation into a trulytech enabledconsultancy. We are looking for aproactivecontext drivenSenor Agile Coachwho can strengthen our product-orienteddeliverythrough pragmatic trainingcoachingand mentoringas well aselevate agility and support largescalechangesacross Ramboll Tech and the wider enterprise. 

 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

 

Coach & Enable High Performing Product Teams 

  • Coach cross functional teams in lean agile outcome driven delivery 

  • Apply agile and agility based on context first not framework dogma 

  • Guide teams through the full Product Life Cycle - from exploration to decommission 

Strengthen Product Oriented Ways of Working 

  • Coach Product Owners on discovery prioritization product metrics and outcome focused planning 

  • Help teams build habits of transparency flow and outcome-based value delivery 

Drive Change Across the Organization 

  • Design and deliver impactful training and facilitation (inperson virtual hybrid) 

  • Build productoriented delivery capability across Teams Scrum Masters Product Owners and leaders 

  • Coach and drive change using practical changemanagement approaches making complexity simple and actionable 

Scale Agile & Enterprise Agility 

  • Scale agile and agility across several teams business areas and leadership layers 

  • Support the adoption of agile ways of working at the enterprise level including governance flow metrics and cross team coordination 

 

About you 

 

Mindset & Behaviors 

  • Proactive self-starter able to identify gaps and move initiatives forward 

  • Strong communicator who can influence challenge and align across teams business areas and leadership 

  • Framework agnostic in your approach 

  • Context first mindset - tailoring practices to fit different maturity levels products and constraints 

Proven Experience 

  • Demonstrated experience in product oriented delivery 

  • Handson experience scaling agile/agility  

  • Ability to design and run virtual training and learning experiences 

  • Ability to support structural behavioral and cultural shifts 

  • Confident in applying AI in everyday work to improve efficiency insights facilitation and team outcomes 

  • Relevant agile coaching or product certifications 

  • You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with platform teams data/AI products or digital transformation contexts 

  • Familiarity with product life cycle models proven in practice
