(Sr.) Process Integration Engineer (mfd)
Job Summary
What you will do
- Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g. Centura ASM) for mass production
- Lead and execute major process development and integration activities while building deep product and process expertise
- Act as a key interface between Business Groups and production in a cross-functional environment
- Ensure alignment of module development topics between projects and the fab
- Manage potential conflicts constructively through objective solutionoriented communication particularly in challenging discussions at the interface of development and manufacturing
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers supporting their professional development
What you will need
- Masters Degree or PhD in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology Microelectronics or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience depending on educational credentials
- Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology
- Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment
- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- Very good communication skills
- Fluency in German and good level in English
