Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)
Job Summary
- End-to-end management of the recruiting process from job posting to contract preparation
- Responsibility for filling both technical and business roles across all levels of seniority
- Proactive direct sourcing and identification of talent primarily via LinkedIn
- Building and strategically maintaining sustainable talent pipelines
- Advising hiring managers as an equal partner to ensure the best possible fit for open positions
- Developing and implementing target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving well-founded recommendations for action
- Representing the company at job fairs events and networking activities for long-term talent acquisition
Qualifications :
- Completed degree in Business Administration Economics Business Psychology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing
- Confident handling of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense for interacting with people at all levels
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- A strong passion for professional networking and a sharp instinct for identifying the ideal fit for each team
