We perform global functions for our subsidiaries worldwide in areas such as IT purchasing controlling HR and many more. These are located at our headquarters in Harsewinkel and at our CLAAS Campus in Herzebrock.
Your role in our team:
- Insights into core areas of supply chain management in the Material Management Logistics Process Engineering and Material Flow Technologies service functions as well as into the local tasks of the various facilities
- Focus on Material Flow Technologies with an emphasis on logistics automation
- Familiarisation with the sub-areas of the Manufacturing service unit (Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Operations Planning) and relevant interfaces
- National and international practical experience on site in various CLAAS companies through two foreign assignments of 3 months each
- Mentoring and training for your individual development
Your profile:
- Completed technical or business studies e.g. industrial engineering mechanical engineering or business administration
- First experience in the field of production / SCM through internship or training
- International experience and global mindset desirable
- Fluency in German and English additional language skills (e.g. French) an advantage
- High ability to analyse and affinity for business contexts
- High affinity for new technologies and trends
- Courage for change as well as an agile and hands-on mentality
- High creative drive and implementation strength as well as a holistic and entrepreneurial mindset
