Job Summary

- Support the team with various tasks
- Participation in internal investigations e.g. attending and documenting interviews as part of investigations in response to compliance reports
- Preparation and organization group-wide training initiatives
- Independent assessment of requests related to gifts and hospitality
- Administration of the dormakabas Rules & Regulations
- Review of dormakabas donations and sponsorship activities
- Creation of quantitative and qualitative data analysis (in MS Excel) e.g. statistical analysis and targetgroupspecific preparation of compliance inquiries
- Preparation of internal and external compliance documentation
- Working on presentations on compliance topics
- Document management
An experience that matters: Your skills
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration Economics or Law
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Organizational talent and enthusiasm for presenting
- Structured analytical and systematic working approach
- Fluent English and German skills both written and spoken
