Job Summary
Job description:
- You will coordinate and moderate multidisciplinary teams to investigate and resolve quality issues according to the 8D/9S process
- You identify the causes of quality problems through thorough analysis of data processes and products
- You will develop effective solutions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence
- You will work with relevant departments to implement problem-solving measures and ensure that they are effective
- You will generate detailed reports on the entire 8D/9S process including problem definition root cause analysis solution development and implementation status
Profile
- You have successfully completed a technician/master craftsman or a degree (aircraft construction aerospace engineering mechanical engineering or similar)
- You have already gained in-depth experience in the application of 8D methods (LEAN SIX Sigma) for problem solving and quality assurance
- You have knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and quality management tools
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize complex problems distinguishes you
