Internship Project Management Bosch eBike Systems

Join Bosch eBike Systems and gain hands-on experience in project management knowledge management and forward-looking digital topics. As part of our team you will take ownership of sub-projects contribute to AI-related use cases and help shape innovative tools and process improvements.

• During your internship you will manage sub-projects from use case and wireframe design all the way through to implementation testing and release.
• You will test and document new releases actively supporting continuous tool optimization.
• Furthermore you will identify areas for improvement in tools and interfaces and align your solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You will prepare management presentations and contribute to structured effective project communication.
• Finally you will serve as a key point of contact for tool-related inquiries and coordinate with external service providers to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications :

• Education: studies in the field of Economics Business Informatics Business Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: initial experience working in agile teams and collaborating with colleagues across different regions; familiarity with AI assistants such as Gemini and Microsoft Copilot; experience with Atlassian Confluence Jira and SharePoint is an advantage
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at independently driving projects toward their goals by applying a systematic and structured approach while simultaneously fostering a collaborative team environment through your curiosity and clear communication all guided by a proactive entrepreneurial mindset
• Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup
• Enthusiasm: you enjoy working with international cross-functional teams; you love to design and test ideas and accompany them from start to finish
• Languages: very good in English and German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
