Job Summary

As our Business Process Owner Supply Chain Planning (m/f/d) you are responsible for the governance standardization and continuous improvement of global end-to-end supply chain planning processes. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders you ensure integrated data-driven planning across regions and drive consistent and reliable supply chain planning performance.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Own global supply chain planning processes (e.g. S&OP/IBP demand supply and inventory planning) and ensure alignment consistent execution and adoption across regions
  • Process Governance & Standards: Define standardize and govern planning processes KPIs and frameworks ensuring adherence and transparency across regions and business units
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive alignment with Operations Finance Commercial IT Quality Regulatory and external partners to ensure integrated planning processes
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor planning performance and initiate improvement measures based on data and KPIs
  • Systems & Tools Ownership: Act as business owner for planning systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA IBP analytics tools) and contribute to their continuous development and enhancement
  • Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Contribute to process optimization digitalization and data-driven decision-making across the supply chain
  • Change Management & Training: Drive adoption of new processes and systems through change initiatives training and stakeholder enablement

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in supply chain business engineering or a related field
  • Relevant experience in supply chain planning ideally with exposure to S&OP / IBP demand or supply planning processes
  • Experience working in cross-functional planning environments and aligning stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Strong understanding of planning processes KPIs and performance drivers within supply chain environments
  • Experience with planning systems and data-driven decision-making (e.g. SAP IBP S/4HANA or similar tools)
  • Structured and analytical working style with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Fluency in English; German would be beneficial
