B2B Brand Manager

We see you as a key player in our success as you will be a central pillar of our marketing department and will ensure with care and reliability that our order books remain full well into the future.

  • You are our brand strategist and will assume overall responsibility for the marketing of our truck-mounted aerial work platforms. You know how to translate market requirements customer needs and competitive dynamics into clear strategies compelling positioning and effective marketing measures.
  • You are our market expert and analyze target industries applications and customer requirements in detail. With your keen sense of trends competition and opportunities you identify growth potential and develop a clear value proposition for a technically sophisticated product category.
  • You are the interface between the market and the product. You systematically gather feedback from sales customers and the market and actively incorporate your insights into the product doing so you work closely with sales and engineering and provide key input for the further development of our products.
  • You are our lead generator and develop integrated marketing campaigns that not only capture attention but also deliver measurable results. You oversee the entire sales funnelfrom initial awareness to qualified leadsand continuously optimize performance based on relevant KPIs.
  • You have a degree in marketing business administration engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in B2B marketing brand management or product managementideally in the commercial vehicle mechanical engineering or industrial products sectors.
  • You have a good understanding of technically complex products and their applications.
  • You think analytically recognize market trends and can derive clear strategies from them.
  • You have experience in market analysis product strategy and the development of marketing campaigns content and lead generation.
  • You enjoy working in international teams and are confident in dealing with various stakeholders..
  • You communicate confidently in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
  • You stand out for your structured approach to work initiative and strong communication skills.
