Job Summary
Job Description:
- Plan coordinate and execute school-based oral health programs and community initiatives in line with Pakistan guidelines to ensure maximum outreach and impact.
- Manage and execute all Professional Services Department activities within the assigned territory while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with schools dental professionals and internal management to ensure smooth communication and successful implementation of all initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with dental practitioners to support engagement and product recommendation activities.
- Promote oral care products through professional visits meetings and engagement sessions with dental professionals to support brand growth and territory objectives.
- Ensure proper documentation reporting and record maintenance of all programs and field activities as per company-approved formats and compliance requirements.
Requirement: - 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Business Administration or a related field.
