Senior Manager Operations Excellence
Job Summary
- This role will be responsible for developing implementing and managing the operations sCore Strategy to drive MFC with its fundamental blue print its play book MFCs Productivity Efficiency & SCO Sales achievement
- Develop and execute the Operational Excellence roadmap aligning long-term efficiency and performance goals.
- Define and manage country-level KPIs OPEX budgets and performance expectations.
- Oversee audits process reviews and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Apply lean methodologies (e.g. Kaizen value stream mapping) to reduce waste and optimize operations. Bring non profitable stores to profitable stores by applying different lean methods in different cost heads.
- Lead integration of digital tools dashboards and automation to streamline decision making.
- Collaborate with MFCs to deploy performance plans monitor outcomes and enforce corrective actions.
- Maintain alignment and accountability across stores and support functions.
- Enforce SOPs quality control compliance and operational best practices.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations merchandising supply chain Commercial and customer service.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives (personnel maintenance energy third party labor) with measurable savings.
- Ensure efficient use of staff equipment assets and space.
- Understand the concept of MFCs fundamental blue print and about its play book and same will cascaded to MFC Managers and their team to work on given guidelines.
- Review customer feedback VoC and lead improvement initiatives.
- Guarantee product availability and quality across all categories especially high-impact SKUs.
- Partner with marketing / commercial teams when operational factors intersect with promotions.
- Foster ownership accountability and a culture of continuous improvement among teams.
- Coach & mentor MFCs / operational leads in performance management and operational execution.
- Lead change management during reorganizations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies local laws and safety standards.
- Understand and execute the strategy of active selling in all stores which will support SCO sales target acheivement
Qualifications :
University degree (Bachelors or Masters) preferably Business Management with a specialisation in Sales / Supply Chain and / or finance or related subjects.
