Your work profile

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes rules and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning and execution including clarifying test scenarios expected outcomes and sign-off criteria.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

As Analyst youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• 070% strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL area
• 3020% Python (data filtering cleaning validation)
• Exposure to Supply Chain modules preferred
• Design and develop complex SQL queries stored procedures packages triggers and functions using PL/SQL.
• Analyze and optimize slow-running SQL queries using execution plans.
• Use tools like Explain Plan SQL Trace for performance improvements.
• Develop scripts for data migration data cleansing and transformation.
• Troubleshoot application performance problems related to database queries.
• Basic Git/version control knowledge (microservices environment)
• Handle data fixes and critical production deployments.
• Maintain version control and deployment scripts.
• Handle special characters in JSON & XML in PL/SQL
• Work with application developers business analysts and DBAs.

Shift & Flexibility:

• At least few resources for US overlap shifts.
• Rotational shifts may apply
• Resources should be flexible
• Strong logical thinking
• Education - Any UG
