About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working closely with the Citco Corporate Solutions team in Americas you will interact with international feeders such as banks tax advisors investment firms family offices and law firms that are representing multinational companies corporate entities and private clients (hereafter Lines of Business or LOBs). Citco Corporate Solutions is providing supporting services to assist these parties to meet the increasing needs for international corporate and estate planning solutions.



Responsibilities

In Your Role You will:

  • Assist and undertake initiatives in cooperation with Regional Head and senior leadership for product development and sales activities.

  • Engage with new and existing clients and feeders in the Brazilian market.

  • Build maintain and measure the success of the feeder network for Private Clients & Family Offices Alternative Investment Funds and Corporate Clients & Financial Institutions.

  • Engage in contacts and (video) conference calls with new and potential clients and feeders with a proactive approach focusing on wealth planning and ongoing intergenerational wealth transfer for private clients.

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of a periodical Business Development and Sales Plan for the Americas region.

  • Maintain leads and prospects and update the Business Development (BD) & Sales pipeline targeting strategic opportunities.

  • Work with the Marketing & Communications Group to assist Citco brand-building initiatives via industry events and conferences Citco hosted & co-hosted events and assist in developing high-impact promotional and pitch materials for the business.

  • Increase Citcos brand awareness by working alongside Citcos Public Relations agents.

  • Coordinate the completion of Requests for Proposals and new business proposals to management.

  • Assist in managing regional and local level implementation projects into business-as-usual transition.

  • Assist & measure contributions to the BD & Sales function with focus on sales activity revenue forecasting profitability etc.

  • Identify and report to regional head and senior leadership any risks associated with the BD & Sales process & cycle

  • Maintain effective lines of communication with MD and senior management and report escalate concerns.



Qualifications

About You:

  • Bachelors degree with at least 4 years experience as a corporate and financial service provider with exposure to Private Clients & Family Offices Alternative Investment Funds and Corporate Clients & Financial Institutions.

  • Extensive experience and affinity for sales and business development activities.

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong social skills and commercial acumen with a client-facing results-driven mindset and the energy and drive to proactively pursue new business opportunities.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated initiative commitment and a track record of accomplishment in a relevant role.

  • Ability to escalate issues when appropriate.

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Willingness and ability to travel on a regular basis as needed.
