About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a client for a certified ServiceNow Technical Consultant with specialist experience in Service Order Management (SOM) and Salesforce integration. The engagement involves implementing SOM with Salesforce as the initial product integration alongside additional platform integrations defined by the client.
This is a full-time long-running contract starting May 20th and running through the end of August.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow SOM (Service Order Management)
Execute Salesforce integration as the primary product integration
Support and deliver additional platform integrations as defined by the client
Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure integrations meet business requirements
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to ServiceNow best practices
Requirements
Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SOM (Service Order Management)
Proven Salesforce integration experience within the ServiceNow platform
