Business Performance Manager Imaging Brazil
Responsible for leading Imaging (MR & CT) sales strategy in Brazil managing a highperforming specialist team and driving business growth in a highly competitive and regulated market.

Your role:

Lead and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for assigned imaging modalities applying deep clinical and technical expertise to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Manage develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team fostering a culture of performance accountability and impact with care.
Define and execute the commercial strategy for Imaging including sales funnel management forecasting and price escalation/approval for commercial installations ensuring alignment with Business Unit AOP targets in Brazil.
Collaborate closely with Business Marketing to influence local enablers pricing strategies and competitive positioning ensuring strong gotomarket execution and effective support for sales teams.
Ensure excellence in sales operations through accurate CRM management lead and opportunity forecasting process discipline and Leanbased continuous improvement while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards and Philips policies.

Youre the right fit if:

At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a Bachelors degree or 3 years with a Masters degree in areas such as Business Development Clinical Sales or Service including people leadership in complex sales environments.
Strong sales acumen commercial strategy definition sales forecasting pipeline management price escalation stakeholder managementand the ability to perform under sustained pressure.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales Management or an equivalent field.
Advanced English proficiency processoriented mindset with interest or experience in Lean methodologies and willingness to develop technical knowledge of MRI and CT solutions.
