Software Development Engineer in Test III

As an SDET III youll develop test automation for medium-complexity features.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager. Youll work with the Product & Tech team.
This is a Hybrid role & you will be required to work in the office in Sao Paulo at least twice a week

What you will do
- Enhance test automation tools scripts coverage and code structure.
- Debug application issues and assist developers in identifying root causes.
- Automate manual tasks to boost productivity.
- Develop detailed test plans and review test cases from peers.
- Manage testing including manual testing.
- Understand and apply programming languages frameworks and computer science fundamentals.
- Participate in product discussions and refine acceptance criteria.
- Gain product knowledge and understand technical architecture.
- Create documentation for features and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers designers and QEs on implementation details.
- Mentor junior SDETs and lead the onboarding process.
- Contribute to interviews and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications :
- A full-stack QA engineer with experience with new challenges.
- Proficient in all testing stages including requirements analysis test planning execution and reporting.
- Experienced in API testing with tools like Postman and RESTAssured.
- 7 years of experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira Xray) and test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium WebDriver Appium Playwright).
- Design test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Knowledgeable in test design for non-functional requirements like performance security and accessibility.
- Experienced in CI/CD concepts and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Co-ordinating with various roles and stakeholders.
