Job Summary
Act as the primary on-site HP Supply Chain Quality representative at the partners manufacturing facility in Riyadh. This role is responsible for managing production quality driving process optimization and collaborating with the supplier to meet HPs quality and shipment targets.

Responsibilities

• On-site Factory Management:Lead the quality oversight ofSystem Assembly Test (including Run-In) and Packagingprocesses at the suppliers site.
• Quality Governance:Monitor real-time production quality to ensure all outputs strictly adhere to HPs standards and delivery schedules.
• Continuous Improvement:Drive process enhancements and optimization initiatives within the manufacturing line to improve yield and operational efficiency.
• Issue Resolution & RCA:Conduct deep-diveRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)for technical failures; provide and implement timely corrective actions for customer complaints or line issues.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with external suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality roadblocks and ensure a smooth production flow.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience preferably in quality assurance reliability or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Key Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:Strong understanding ofComputer Hardware and Software architecture; familiar with full-cycle computer manufacturing processes.
• Quality Toolkit:Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g. CAPA 8D Six Sigma).
• Communication:Proven ability to influence and collaborate with external partners to achieve quality excellence.
