Job Summary 
We are looking for an IT Specialist with Zoho experience to implement customize and manage Zoho applications across the organization working closely with business teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Zoho CRM Zoho One Zoho Books Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects
Build custom modules workflows and automation using Deluge scripting
Integrate Zoho with third-party tools via APIs and Zoho Flow
Manage data migration and integrity across Zoho modules
Provide technical support and train end-users on Zoho tools
Gather business requirements and translate them into Zoho configurations

Requirements

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
1 year of hands-on Zoho experience (CRM Zoho One Books Desk or similar)
Basic knowledge of Zoho customization and workflows
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Zoho CRM Certified Administrator or Developer
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with HTML CSS or JavaScript
