Business Process and Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Specialist must have 6 8 years of relevant experience in Process Definition Process implementation conducting QA / SQA reviews for projects .
Must have knowledge on Quality Standards like ISO9001 and CMMi . CMMi implementation experience is preferred. Other relevant standards are IATF ASPICE ISO27001.
Good to have experience in Software and IT domain project reviews having knowledge on SDLCs like Agile V Model Waterfall Kanban
The role demands the following activities :
o Conducting SQA / QA reviews for projects to evaluate the project health and share report with Management on the same.
o KPIs collection analysis RCA of missed KPIs handhold project managers to arrive at RCA and actions for improvement.
o Process Facilitation to project Managers enabling them to understand the QMS Processes templates.
o Conduct process trainings for project managers
o Drive process improvements in projects
o Should be able to define processes and write process documents for the QMS like Risks Management Causal Analysis and Resolution Monitoring and Control Continuity etc
o Prepare Monthly status reports for leadership around metrics non compliances process improvements metrics etc

Must Have:-
Should be able to define processes flow diagrams (good to have VISIO tool experience) and write process documents QMS implementation across projects conducting Internal Audits and reviews of projects Trainings Process Facilitation to projects .
Knowledge & experience on projects with SDLCs like Agile Waterfall V Model
Experience on Risk Management Process Metrics Definition data collection analysis for RCA and actions. Preparing Dashboards Reports for Sr Leadership Consumption.
Experience in process reviews and audits of projects with SDLCs like Agile V Model Waterfall Support
Good knowledge of Quality and Process Standards Like ISO9001 CMMI V1.3 or CMMIV2.0 .
Excellent Communication skills
Adept with Power Point

Good to have:
Knowledge on Power BI or dashboarding tool
Knowledge on ISO 14001 ISO 45001
