Job Summary

Provide specific administrative and contract management support to the CR team in India
which includes but is not limited to:
a. Support in creating Purchase Orders and Vendor Payment for the CR team which
includes: acting as SAP/TMS (expense system) Focal Point raising PR PO orders in GSAP
& SERP and creating service entries/good receipt for all PO/non-PO based vendors
litigation payments etc.; onboarding and registration of new vendors in the Shell system
and completing all screening requirements and Anti-Bribery and Corruption checks for
all vendors
b. Coordination with supplier and vendor for community requirements for events and
collaterals
c. CR Budget: Help monitor tracking of CR budget record keeping of all third party spend
manage cost centres follow guidelines on budgets and prepare monthly budget analysis
for CRLT
