Job Description: Agentic AI Engineer
Role Overview
The Agentic AI Engineer is responsible for designing building and operating enterprise-
scale autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agent systems. The role focuses on multi-agent
scale autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agent systems. The role focuses on multi-agent
orchestration agent-to-agent (A2A) communication and production-grade agent
workflows integrated with Microsoft Azures AI and cloud-native ecosystem.
This position requires a strong combination of hands-on engineering expertise platform
engineering rigor security-first thinking and a deep understanding of responsible AI
principles.
Key Responsibilities
Design build and orchestrate multi-agent systems including agent-to-agent (A2A)
communication hierarchical and peer-based coordination and collaborative task execution
models.
Develop and deliver production-ready agent workflows capable of autonomous planning
reasoning execution and recovery.
Integrate Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Search Cosmos DB and other LLM or model
endpoints into agent systems.
Knowledge on any other cloud platform is also acceptable assuming the candidate can be
quick enough to adopt to Azure.
Build agent tooling interfaces function calling mechanisms plugins and Model Context
Protocol (MCP) integrations.
Implement evaluation frameworks for benchmarking agent performance accuracy latency
cost and reliability.
Develop observability capabilities including logging metrics traces alerts and decision
transparency for agent executions.
Enforce enterprise security controls including identity management RBAC Zero Trust
networking encryption and audit logging.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience building solutions using Azure OpenAI Service including embeddings
function calling and LLM orchestration.
Strong knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems such as Azure AI Search and
Cosmos DB.
Deep understanding of multi-agent and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication patterns.
Experience designing and executing benchmarking evaluation and testing strategies for
models and agent workflows.
Good understanding of DevOps Platform Engineering Security Engineering and Site
Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Proficiency in building and operating distributed cloud-native systems on Microsoft Azure.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agent frameworks or orchestration libraries such as LangGraph Semantic
Kernel AutoGen or similar.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures workflow engines and messaging systems.
Experience designing internal AI platforms or AI governance frameworks.
Knowledge of prompt versioning model fine-tuning experiment tracking and continuous
evaluation pipelines.
Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven enterprise environments.
