Product Expert (Tractor & Agri-Machinery)

We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Product Expert to join our team in Pune. If you have a deep understanding of tractor performance competitive benchmarking and market positioning we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Positioning: Define market size identify emerging segments and analyze trends to set out a winning product strategy against key competitors.
Performance Benchmarking: Execute rigorous Head-to-Head (H2H) trials to demonstrate superior fuel economy haulage capacity and operational ease.
Technical Optimization: Expertise in matching implement size with tractor horsepower and varying soil conditions to maximize fuel efficiency and output.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 5 8 years of core experience in Product Management or Technical Marketing within the Tractor/HEV industry.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
Technical Edge: Strong grasp of agricultural mechanics and field-testing protocols.
