The Role

As a Principal Architect Digital you will operate at the intersection of technology consulting and business transformation partnering with senior client stakeholders to shape design and deliver large-scale digital solutions.

This is a high-impact client-facing leadership role where you will not only define architecture but also bring forward innovative ideas create value-led solutions and actively contribute to growing and expanding client accounts. You will play a key role in positioning client as a trusted digital transformation partner across global markets particularly in the US.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs combining deep technical expertise with a strong builder mindset. Actively shape prototype and deliver modern cloud-native and AI-driven solutions that create measurable business impact for clients. Operate at the intersection of consulting engineering and innovation within Presidios Digital Practice translating complex business challenges into scalable future-ready platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders influencing technology strategy shaping roadmaps and driving adoption of AI data and emerging technologies. Lead the design of architectures across cloud data integration and application layers ensuring alignment with enterprise goals around scalability resilience security and cost efficiency while promoting a product and platform mindset.
• Stay hands-on by building reference implementations accelerators and proof-of-concepts across GenAI intelligent automation and next-generation digital platforms. Drive adoption of AI/ML and GenAI capabilities including LLMs and RAG-based architectures to unlock new business value. Champion modern engineering practices such as DevSecOps CI/CD platform engineering and SRE to enable high-velocity delivery.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including engineers data scientists designers and product leaders to deliver integrated digital solutions. Play a key role in pre-sales and solutioning by crafting compelling differentiated proposals. Contribute to thought leadership through reusable frameworks industry insights and client engagements while mentoring teams and elevating the broader architecture and engineering community.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture with a strong foundation in distributed systems microservices APIs and event-driven architectures. Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS Azure or GCP) including cloud-native design containers Kubernetes and serverless paradigms.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI solutions including LLMs prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation along with solid knowledge of modern data platforms and data engineering practices. Demonstrated builder mindset with the ability to write high-quality code (Python Java or similar) develop POCs and solve complex technical challenges.
• Well-developed consulting mindset with exceptional problem-solving ability business acumen and the capability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in modern engineering practices including AI accelerated development infrastructure as code observability reliability engineering and secure-by-design principles.
• Strong architectural judgment with the ability to evaluate trade-offs across scalability performance cost and time-to-market. Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams mentoring architects and engineers and driving alignment in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear compelling narratives. A passion for continuous learning innovation and leveraging AI and emerging technologies to redefine possibilities for clients and their Digital Practice.
