Job Summary

Role: To lead the end-to-end proposal function ensuring high-quality competitive compliant and strategically positioned techno-commercial responses to RFPs/RFQs while managing and strengthening the proposal team.
Required Experience
  • 10 15 years in:
  1. Proposal management
  2. Techno-commercial bid leadership
  3. Enterprise RFP/RFQ handling
  4. MedTech / Healthcare devices preferred
  • Experience leading bid teams
  • Strong exposure to:
  1. Pricing structures
  2. Margin modelling
  3. Contract terms
  4. Regulatory compliance
Required Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in:Engineering / Biomedical / Technical discipline
  • MBA (preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Deep understanding of cost structure
Job Description
1. End-to-End Proposal Leadership
  • Own complete RFP/RFQ lifecycle
  • Analyze client requirements and compliance matrices
  • Lead bid/no-bid decision discussions
  • Coordinate technical regulatory finance & supply chain inputs
  • Ensure proposal completeness and submission integrity
2. Techno-Commercial Architecture
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with margin targets
  • Structure commercial models (CAPEX/OPEX service models AMC etc.)
  • Align commercial positioning with strategic account goals
3. Proposal Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor existing proposal team
  • Define roles within proposal unit
  • Standardize templates and bid processes
  • Improve turnaround time
  • Implement version control & document governance
  • Build knowledge repository for future bids
4. Risk & Compliance Governance
  • Conduct contractual risk review
  • Flag unfavorable terms
  • Align with legal and compliance teams
  • Ensure regulatory adherence
5. Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct post-bid analysis (win/loss review)
  • Track proposal success rate
