Level II Product Support Analyst EHR EMR
Job Summary
| The Senior Product Analyst reports to the Manager 3M HIM Technologies Regulatory Team. Acts as subject matter expert for bidirectional interfaces including HL7 between Meditech 5.6.7 Meditech Expanse Epic and CERNER to 3M 360 Encompass System. The candidate understands the application of various regulatory products including grouper files and code dictionaries across multiple applications within the enterprise. The position provides IT expertise and clinical knowledge to our senior leadership and business partners.

| Major Responsibilities:
|
Product Support
|
| Attends prerelease and release meetings for regulatory software updates.
|
|
| Develops use cases and tests quarterly software updates according to business approved regulatory calendar.
|
|
| Tests software enhancements and new functionality to ensure application functions based on business need and requirements.
|
|
| Responsible for defect management and follows department policy and procedure.
|
|
| Participates in the analysis of business and clinical problems/opportunities in the context of requirements and assists in developing recommendations for solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
|
|
| Supports the team in completing needed tasks for acquisitions and divestitures.
|
|
| Has knowledge of the project life cycle integration of systems and business system analysis with extensive experience in healthcare implementation maintenance and troubleshooting.

|
| Responsible for communicating via multiple media including but not limited to WebEx conference calls in person participation and via written documentation across audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
|
