| Job Description | Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or other suitable degree related to Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electronics hardware automotive industry
- Experience with plant and controller modeling simulation development and testing.
- Experience in Model Based Development on any Powertrain Application preferred Matlab-Simulink/Stateflow/SimScape
- Knowledge and experience with Powertrain EE electric and hybrid systems
- Demonstrated Hardware- In-the-Loop systems experience (dSPACE ETAS NI HIL systems)
- Experience with C/C code generation
- Knowledge of Simulation Tool (Ex: ASM)
- Experience with 1-D physical modeling tools such as GT Power AMESim and co-simulation tools
- Experience with model-based development tools using m-script
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong ability to work directly with individuals and groups
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-starter who can work cross-functionally with other people
