Support the design development testing and implementation of automated processes and workflows for ITOM applications Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and Cloud ManagementAutomate processes and workflows for gathering populating and maintaining CMDB and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery MID servers patterns sensors probes Discovery IP ranges and with implementation across multiple environments such as Windows UNIX and SNMP integrations with other data sources and Cloud Discovery and how discovery and integrations populate the configure troubleshoot test and resolve with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical of Service Mapping efforts through scripting and discovery Support CSDM effortsConfigure ITOM requested client SkillsBachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science Engineering or related understanding of ITIL framework and industry best practices with ITIL v3 or v4Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology6 years of development experience on ServiceNow platform with expertise on ITOM6 years of practical experience and shown success with the design and build of ServiceNow Service MappingServiceNow AdminDeveloper experience (certifications preferred)Service mapping MID server configuration data mappingStrong experience with ServiceNow out of box functionalitiesComprehensive understanding and background in ServiceNow Discovery including Cloud Discovery and how it should populate the knowledge of IP Subnets to develop effective ServiceNow Discovery of protocols such as HTTP TCP SNMP SOAP and RESTSystem administration experience using SHELLBASH andor Power ShellFamiliarity with XML and JSONscript language conceptsKnowledge of integration with tools such as SCCM JAMF SolarWinds SPLUNKWrite automation scripts using common automation and collaborationResourceful takes the initiative to accomplish goals and oral and written communicationsOrganized and analytical adept at working in a team environment and able to handle multiple ability to manage solving analytical thinking with a results-oriented with IT Asset Management and CMBD integration a plus Essential Skills: This position is responsible for implementing CMDB requirements.
