Roles & Responsibilities
Team Coaching & Enablement
Coach Agile teams on Scrum values principles and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement transparency and trust.
Support teams in adopting Agile behaviors and mindset.
Impediment Management
Identify track and remove impediments that affect team productivity.
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to resolve systemic issues.
Protect the team from external distractions and unplanned work.
Product Owner Support
Assist the Product Owner in:
o Backlog refinement
o Sprint planning readiness
o Prioritization techniques
Ensure backlog items are clear estimated and ready for development.
Metrics & Reporting
Track Agile metrics such as:
o Velocity
o Sprint burndown/burnup
o Cycle time
Use metrics to guide continuous improvement (not for performance policing).
Prepare and communicate sprint and release status.
Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
Build strong long term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular governance meetings (weekly monthly quarterly).
Manage expectations handle escalations and resolve conflicts proactively.
Communicate service performance risks and improvements clearly to stakeholders.
SLA KPI & Performance Management
Track performance analytics.
Ensure SLAs are met-availability response time resolution time.
Analyze trends and drive performance improvements.
Prepare service performance dashboards and reports.
