Job Summary
| Role Descriptions: HRO - Payroll Key Responsibilities: Process and manage payroll inputs in compliance with UK payroll regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as required. Support the team with administrative tasks and documentation. Skills: Knowledge of UK payroll processes and statutory requirements. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as a team player. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
