Role Descriptions: To Proactively take End to End Responsibility of Development Unit Testing and UAT support. Also should be able to work with Application Support. Key Responsibilities: Act as an SME for all incidents problems and changes related to the applications. Be available during the support hours and provide the response and resolution within the SLA. Verify that tickets are prioritized and resolve on time. To analyze logs and perform in-depth investigations to find solution. Track the incident and user requests throughout the lifecycle and ensure it is closed on completion. Participate in root cause analysis to identify problems underlying the incidents and rectify to prevent recurrences. Very Good communication skills and flexibility working in 24X7 support model including Night Shift. Mandatory Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of prior experience working in L2 production support role. Able to troubleshoot critical issues for the Applications with technologies like Unix Oracle PL/SQL Knowledge on Java / REST APIs will be an added advantage Tech stack: Unix Oracle PL/SQL / SQL Server Desirable Skills: Keyword: Skills: Unix Shell Scripting and text processing tools Experience Required: 4-6 |
