Job Summary

Skills: ServiceNow - Asset & Configuration module
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 5- 8 Years
Role Descriptions:
ITSM Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of platforms like ServiceNow including
configuration workflow development and integrations.
CMDB Mastery: Building maintaining data normalization dependency mapping and managing CI attributes and relationships.
IT Asset Management (ITAM): Full asset lifecycle management (procurement to disposal) inventory control and compliance.
Discovery Tools: Familiarity with tools that populate CMDBs (e.g. ServiceNow Discovery).
Data Integration & Scripting: Using APIs import sets and scripting (JavaScript Python) for data loading and automation.
Reporting & Analytics: Creating dashboards reports and analyzing metrics (KPIs cost) using built-in tools or Excel (VLOOKUP PivotTables).
Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding operating systems networks cloud services hardware and software
Strong understanding of ITILv4 processes and frameworks
Experience in defined practice area required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
