Placing Booking on Carrier portals (CMA COSCO Hapag-Lloyd Maersk etc.).

Carrier Documentation: File Shipping Instructions (SI) and VGM via carrier portal
-
Prepare and verify export documents such as Shipping Bill Bill of Lading (BL) and DG documents (if applicable)
-
Coordinate with shippers customers and overseas agents for document accuracy and shipment details
-
Ensure timely submission of documents as per cut-offs to avoid delays or shut-outs
-
Sharing Correct Cut Off Details with the clients and keeping a tab on the document

submission for adherence to the timelines

Liaise with shipping lines CHA Surveyor for smooth cargo movement

Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders regularly

Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) regulations and documentation (if

applicable)

Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and reference

Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate for amendments
