Role Overview
The Lead Marketing will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across brand digital performance and retention. This role requires a balance of strong brand thinking and analytical rigor to drive profitable growth while maintaining a premium positioning.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets
Build quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps
Drive customer acquisition retention and lifetime value (LTV) optimization
Identify market opportunities white spaces and competitive positioning
2. ROI & Performance Management
Own and manage marketing budgets with optimal channel allocation
Track and optimize key metrics: CAC ROAS LTV contribution margins and cohort performance
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for performance tracking
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead paid media strategy across Meta Google influencer marketing and performance creatives
Collaborate with agencies to ensure conversion-focused execution
Oversee funnel optimization including landing pages CRO and remarketing
Align content strategy with performance and growth objectives
4. Agency & Vendor Management
Manage creative digital influencer and PR agencies
Define KPIs and accountability frameworks
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure delivery excellence
Maintain alignment with brand and business goals
5. Brand Positioning & Consistency
Ensure consistency in brand identity tone and premium positioning across all channels
Maintain a balance of science-backed credibility and aspirational storytelling
Lead product launch campaigns and brand narratives
6. Customer Retention & CRM
Drive retention strategies through Email WhatsApp and loyalty programs
Improve repeat purchase rates and customer engagement
Build and optimize automated lifecycle marketing journeys
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product sales and finance teams
Align marketing plans with product launches and inventory cycles
Provide market insights to support product innovation
Key Skills & Qualifications
8 12 years of experience in D2C beauty skincare or premium consumer brands
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and growth frameworks
Proven experience in managing agencies and marketing budgets
Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capability
Strong brand sensibility and understanding of premium positioning
