Radiant Lightning is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Sales Executive to promote premium stretch ceiling solutions. The role involves working closely with architects interior designers and end clients to understand requirements present tailored solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Architect & Interior Designer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers
  • Engage at the design stage to understand project requirements
  • Present stretch ceiling solutions using samples mock-ups and presentations
  • Actively participate in design discussions and provide solution inputs
2. Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in stretch ceiling solutions
  • Qualify leads before sharing pricing or proposals
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process to convert leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and design inputs
3. Site & Project Coordination
  • Visit project sites as required
  • Assess site conditions and constraints
  • Ensure accurate communication between clients and internal technical teams
4. Estimation Pricing & Proposal Management
  • Follow company-defined sales processes
  • Prepare and present design concepts and technical proposals
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales as per targets
  • Secure work orders purchase orders and advance payments
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Escalate complex projects to management when necessary
  • Support the operations team during project execution
Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have Skills & Attributes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in interacting with architects and professional clients
  • Proven sales relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand lighting design requirements
  • Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read CAD drawings and BOQs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Patience to handle long sales cycles
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of ceilings and lighting
Preferred Background
  • Engineering Degree (EEE / ECE / CSE) or Architecture
  • 2 5 years of relevant experience including:
    • Lighting / Signage / Interior Products / Building Materials (minimum 2 years mandatory)
    • Sales experience involving architects interior designers or builders (mandatory)
