Job Summary
Position Overview:
Candidate should have specialized in automating business processes using Automation anywhere platform particularly A360. Role will involve collaborating with stakeholders Process SMEs Transformation team regarding automation opportunities designing scalable solutions and implementing RPA technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Automation Development:
o Design develop and implement RPA solutions using Automation anywhere VBA Python to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business workflows.
o Create and manage automated workflows that integrate with various applications and services.
o Should be familiar with SDLC documentation and should contribute / prepare key documents like SDD TDD.
2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
o Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes that can be automated.
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify automation opportunities and gather feedback on RPA solutions.
3. Governance and Best Practices:
o Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and best practices in RPA development including documentation testing and deployment processes.
o Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
4. Continuous Improvement:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of automated processes identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
o Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA GENAI and Agentic technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Training and Mentorship:
o Provide training and support to team members on RPA tools and best practices.
o Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional development.
6. Certification and Professional Development:
o Pursue relevant certifications in RPA & other relevant technologies to enhance expertise and contribute to project success.
o Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay current with industry standards and practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in engineering with Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven experience in RPA development specifically with Automation anywhere.
o Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Power platform) and GENAI & Agentic platforms is a plus.
Skills:
o Strong knowledge on Automation anywhere Python VBA
o Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization.
o Should be able to build automation solutions based on PDD SDD.
o Proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with client / stakeholders.
Certifications:
Recommended certifications include Automation anywhere (A360) master certification advanced certification and other relevant RPA certifications like APA master class.
