Job Summary
Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer you will engage in the design construction and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements developing innovative solutions and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices ensuring that the applications you build align with the strategic goals of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME
.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development
.- Participate in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium
.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with web application frameworks and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
