Job Summary
Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer your day involves designing building and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business objectives into functional software components that support organizational goals and improve operational workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.- Maintain documentation related to application design configuration and deployment processes.- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.- Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.- Understanding of data management and security best practices within application development.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
