8. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
9. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
10. Working closely with clients technicians and managerial staff.
11. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
12. Excellent documentation skills.
13. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
14. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
15. Performing user acceptance testing.

19. Proven experience of gathering and documenting high quality business requirements (functional & non-functional)

23. Exposure in CMS tools like AEM WordPress and PIM tools like Spider STIBO

25. Knowledge of Salesforce and Slack
26. Functional Testing & Device Testing Experience
