Job Summary
Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field
3 to 4 years
Experience with workflow/ticketing systems
Ability to manage high-volume operations independently
Experience with stakeholder reviews and coordination
Strong analytical and communication skills
Understanding of software ecosystems licensing and integrations
Experience in centralized governance or intake models
Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management
(ITAM) practices
Technical Skills
Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira or similar)
Understanding of software request lifecycle management and intake processes
Knowledge of software governance frameworks and approval workflows
Familiarity with SLA tracking queue management and backlog analysis
Ability to use reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau)
Understanding of software licensing models (e.g. subscription perpetual SaaS)
Basic understanding of software licensing models and procurement processes
Awareness of security compliance and risk assessment requirements
Understanding of enterprise IT systems and integrations
Experience with process documentation and SOP management
